James Hartshorn
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
James brings two decades of international finance and real estate experience. He raised over €500 million for Irish real estate projects through the Investment Immigration Programme, building cross-border investment structures across Asia and Europe at institutional scale.
Sebastian Link
COO & CO-FOUNDER
Sebastian runs the executive team and owns the structures that make the investment work — investor relations, legal architecture, and the operational frameworks underpinning every deal. He also advises LeyLines Hospitality, the engine that turns built assets into investor yields.

Aimee Hartshorn
HEAD OF DESIGN
Aimee leads all interior design across Leylines projects in collaboration with concept architect Satya Puri. The Kubuview interior language — sintered stone surfaces, black steel, linen tones — is her work.

Johnny O’Sullivan
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
